Who we are
Direct Property Buyers is a real estate investment business that evaluates properties for potential direct purchase. We are not acting as your real estate broker, attorney, tax adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary through this website. You should consult your own professionals before making a real estate decision.
Property inquiries are not agreements
Submitting information, requesting a callback, speaking with us, or receiving a preliminary offer does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate us to purchase. A real estate transaction exists only after the relevant parties sign a written purchase agreement. Any final transaction remains subject to the signed agreement, title review, access, due diligence, closing requirements, and applicable law.
Offers and timelines
We do not guarantee that every property will receive an offer or that any offer will match a particular price. Statements such as “typically 20 days” or “as little as 72 hours” describe possible or common timelines, not guarantees. The actual timeline depends on title condition, ownership, liens, probate, property access, documentation, closing-party availability, and other circumstances.
Your information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without permission. Property information you submit may be used to evaluate a potential transaction as described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
If you request a callback, we may call you about your inquiry. Text-message consent is optional and is collected through a separate unchecked box. If you opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of a purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent inquiries, scrape the site in a manner that burdens our systems, impersonate another person, or use site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
